This role is responsible for creating an installation experience that delights customers and builds strong relationships with Home Depot leadership, store associates and installers. This role manages the installation permitting process in the Doors business including Production Support. This role is responsible for ensuring the ongoing profitability of the business by collecting all monies owed to Crew2 in the doors and window treatment programs. This person has considerable influence and must be knowledgeable of operations while also possessing financial acumen. This role reports to the Regional Manager and indirectly to the Doors and Window Treatments Operations Manager and includes coordination and support of activities that support profitability and service for the region. This position has no direct reports.

Responsibilities:
Customer Experience
o Ensures that the permit process is completed by communicating with customers regarding inspections,
data collection, and permit closure that may be required by individual municipalities to finish the permit
process set forth by the Home Depot.

Production Team Partnership
o Partners with production coordinators and assistants to ensure that customers receive permits, permit instructions, and support on permit questions that may arise from both customers and production employees.
o Partners with team members to provide details and instructions on current statuses of permits from municipalities.
o Collaborates with team members to provide excellent customer service and create an environment that sets Crew2 apart.
o Assists in new employee training and current employee ongoing training as requested by program leadership inside the region.

Manages Permits Process 
o Facilitates permit acquisition from all local municipalities, tracking of status of individual permits, inspections on completed installations, and timely closure of all open permits after installations are completed.
o Identifies and implements process improvements to continue to stay within the compliance guidelines set forth by the Home Depot.
o Tracks and manages the permit municipality database and permit tracker database through the compliance database folder.

- Ability to analyze systems and recommend resourceful changes when necessary
