James Martin Vanities’ Project Manager - PDLC, Sales & Marketing coordinates and manages multiple special development projects that are incremental to new product development projects for James Martin Vanities, intended for both customers and new internal initiatives. This new role seeks to define, establish, and implement efficient product management methodologies and processes. The Project Manager will be responsible for driving effective cross-functional workflow activities across the Product Development, Sales, and Marketing, ensuring projects meet deadlines. This is an entrepreneurial position that will play a pivotal role in achieving both immediate and long-term growth objectives.

Location - This role is approved to be fully remote and can be based anywhere in the United States.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of projects, from start to finish, ensuring adherence to established timelines that meet business and customer needs.
  • Coordinate, document, and communicate all aspects of each project, acting as the lead coordinator for all Product Development, Sales, and Marketing tasks and activities.
  • Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with major accounts/customers involved with each special project
  • Monitor project progress and performance against the plans, proactively resolving operational issues to minimize delays.
  • Collaborate directly with internal collaborators and customers to define project scope, specifications, and requirements.
  • Work closely with internal business partners to establish timelines and manage expectations.
  • Define and implement efficient project management methodologies and processes using the organization’s current software applications (Hive, Airtable and Stage-Gate).
  • Conduct regular project meetings and prepare comprehensive status reports for collaborators and key participants.
  • Foster interdepartmental collaboration to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Facilitate and encourage collaboration across departments to ensure projects are completed successfully.
  • Manage, document, and track all cost data for each project
  • Create product portfolios of current and potential new products that the sales team can use to share with customers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of Project Management experience.
  • Prior experience with managing product development and/or design projects, preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management or related field.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving project management experience and skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Industry knowledge is preferred.
  • Project Management Professional certification is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software -preferably Airtable or Hive.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Detail-orientated with a proven track record to organize and prioritize work.

Pay Range:

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.

$4,500.00 - $7,333.70

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
