Valeo Wiper Systems Plant in Skawina specializes in the design, manufacturing, painting and assembly of wiper blades, arms and mechanisms. Additionally, in 2013 production of motors for wipers has began. Plant’s main activity is supported by a modern research and development center which is currently employing about 100 staff members.

Currently for our entity Valeo Wiper Systems in Skawina we recruit Project Manager P1.

YOUR CHALLENGES: 

• Management of projects from RFQ to PRCL;

• Responsible for product design, development, modification, industrialization and final validation;

• Building and monitoring budget for all projects in the portfolio;

• Management of project timing;

• Management of multi-department project teams;

• Reporting project status to relevant Committees;

• Representing project and Company in front of the Customer;

• Building customer relationship;

• KPI Reporting;

• Risk Management.

JOIN OUR TEAM IF YOU HAVE: 

• Technical Education - Master of Science, Engineer;

• Experience: 3 years in a similar position in automotive industry;

• Certificates: PMI or IPMA certification will be an advantage;

• Advanced knowledge of English for day to day communication, other languages (German, French, Italian) will be an advantage;

• Computer literate: Windows, Office, SAP, MS Project;

• Quality Systems and Tools: PDCA, FMEA, APQP;

• Analytical skills;

• Very good communication skills;

• Team spirit & Team Building;

• Able to work under heavy workload and time pressure.
