The Role
Distinguished is a leading national insurance Program Manager providing specialized insurance programs to brokers and agents with specific expertise in Real Estate, Community Associations, Hospitality, Fine Art/Collectibles, Restaurants, Inland Marine, Surety, Executive Lines, Marine Cargo, Crisis Management, Transactional Risk, Reinsurance and Construction Professionals & Environmental. We are looking to add a Project Manager to the Distinguished Business Operations Team. If you are an experienced Project Manager, with P&C Insurance knowledge, in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team. You will be managing a broad portfolio of projects including Mergers and Acquisitions to support the growth of our businesses. Project will involve working directly with business leaders, IT, Operations, vendors and offshore resources.

We are looking to add a Project Manager to the Distinguished Business Operations Team. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the end-to-end execution and implementation of organizational initiatives, driving project delivery, issues resolution, and achievement of defined outcomes
- Tailor communication and engagement strategies that meet stakeholder needs, ensuring timely and clear information for leaders and project teams
- Build and maintain credibility, trust, and strong relationships across the organization
- Partner leaders to stand up new teams, integrate them into the organization, gain alignment on scope and outcomes, guide product implementation within the enterprise ecosystem.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues, manage dependencies and achieve defined outcomes
- Utilize standardized tools and best practices to promote consistency, continuous improvement and efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience leading complex projects or programs within the Property & Casualty insurance industry
- Strong command of the project lifecycle, including scope, timeline, risk mitigation, and delivery accountability
- Demonstrated success influencing without authority and driving alignment across senior stakeholders
- Strategic, analytical thinker able to translate business objectives into actionable delivery plans in a fast‑paced environment
- Highly organized and self‑directed, with experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑level reporting and facilitation
- Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred
- Mergers and Acquisitions experience highly desirable
- Limited Travel may be requested
LOCATION
- Remote position based in the United States.
COMPENSATION & PERKS
- $120,000 - $150,000 base salary plus yearly cash bonus. Salary commensurate with knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
- Summer Fridays (Leave at 2:00PM all Fridays from Memorial Day to Labor Day).
