About the job

Serving as a strategic enabler for the Head of BO Medical and the transformation office, this role involves leading cross-functional project coordination initiatives that align with strategic priorities and accelerate delivery of critical business outcomes. Key responsibilities include orchestrating strategic communication frameworks to enhance stakeholder engagement and organizational alignment, designing and executing high-impact events and initiatives that advance the unit's strategic agenda, and optimizing digital information ecosystems including SharePoint platforms to enable data-driven decision-making and knowledge management. The position functions as a strategic nexus, integrating PMO leadership with enablement to amplify leadership effectiveness, drive organizational capability building, and ensure seamless execution of transformational initiatives that support the unit's mission-critical objectives and long-term strategic roadmap.

Main responsibilities:

Leadership Partnership & Executive Support - Act as a trusted partner to the Head of BO Medical, managing priorities, preparing executive materials, and enabling effective decision-making at all organizational levels. Provide comprehensive support for key initiatives and executive functions.

Strategic Planning & Execution - Partner closely with the Transformation office to define, develop, and execute comprehensive initiatives, ensuring alignment across all organizational priorities.

PMO Governance & Performance Management - Establish and maintain PMO frameworks, including project tracking, governance cadences, milestone management, and comprehensive reporting mechanisms across initiatives. Conduct process reviews, analyze resource allocation, and establish priority frameworks.

Communication & Engagement - Support the Medical tower's communication strategy, including internal stakeholder updates, messaging, and cross-functional content coordination to ensure consistent and effective organizational communication. Facilitate communication activities that enhance engagement and alignment.

Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, serving as a liaison on behalf of the Transformation office. Coordinate cross-functional activities, facilitate communication between teams, and ensure effective collaboration across functions to support organizational objectives and project delivery.

Event Planning & Coordination - Design, plan, and execute high-impact events and initiatives that support the Medical tower's strategic agenda and enhance team engagement and alignment.

Governance & Information Management - Maintain and update SharePoint platforms and other critical information systems to ensure accurate and timely information flow. Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, track action items, and coordinate follow-up activities to support effective governance and team coordination.

Strategic Initiatives - Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead or support strategic projects that advance the team's mission and impact.

About you

Education and Experience

 

Experience: ≥2 years in healthcare industry and a BA or BS (MBA preferred).

Soft skills

Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, and networking skills, Stakeholder management; superb communication skills; Strong interpersonal and networking abilities in a cross-functional, multicultural team and ability to work independently and within a team environment. Capable of driving alignment and engagement without direct authority

Technical skills

Excellent planning and project management skills with the ability to work independently

The salary range for this position is :€36.000,00 - €48.000

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
