We are searching for a dynamic Project Manager to join the Office of Integration and Results Management Office (RMO). This role will drive strategic system wide projects across our healthcare system to enhance quality, efficiency, and patient outcomes.
The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for the management of large scale cross functional workstreams that align with our healthcare system's strategic priorities. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple stakeholders, multiple workstreams and mitigating risks.
The PM will work with experts to evaluate and advance central initiatives efficiently. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong enthusiasm for project and change management, a dedication to establishing relationships with collaborators, and positive outcomes for all involved.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport assigned Bedrock workstreams including project management of initiatives as needed and monitoring of their benefit realization schedule and Bedrock goals.
Act as a trusted advisor to operational workstreams as their direct RMO support including development of executive steer materials and Bedrock deliverables. Ensures steer materials, reports and other results are of executive quality, consistent with standards and expectations of leadership.
Promote communication and connectedness across workstreams.
Support Sr. Project manager with executive steer meetings, including scheduling, meeting materials, room readiness, and steer member preparation.
Work closely with partners and senior leaders to devise strategies for achieving operational goals, handling customer concerns, and resolving issues efficiently.
Support and promote cultural and operational change for Office of Integration and RMO work including development, review and execution of change management activities, training and materials.
Engage in regular discussions with operational leaders and collaborators to communicate, notify, and uphold a positive relationship and common vision for the program/project result.
Create and maintain required program/project documentation and artifacts.
Work with executive sponsors and partners to identify organic or specific program/project needs and/or changes and direct the development of appropriate approaches to address.
Responsible for performance metrics (clinical and financial) as related to identified projects.
Collaborate with operational units to implement projects without hindering daily operations.
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.
2+ years of program and project management experience, with precision focus on solving complex business problems with limited supervision using multiple project management techniques.
2+ years of experience with health care operations.
Demonstrated experience and ability in successfully applying "soft skills" or "people skills."
Demonstrated experience in seeking process improvement opportunities.
Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
