Position Title: Project Manager - OEC
Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD
Clearance required: SECRET minimum (Tier 3 / T3R); Top Secret / SCI eligible (Tier 5 / T5R) required to administer classified systems or networks or for critical- or special-sensitive duties.
Scope of Work: Serves as the Key Personnel Project Manager for the Operational Evaluation Command site, directing day-to-day contractor performance and serving as the site point of contact to the COR for IT, cybersecurity, and logistics support.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Direct day-to-day contractor operations and staffing at the OEC site.
- Serve as the site point of contact to the COR and coordinate with the Program Manager.
- Ensure service level agreements, security, and certification requirements are met at the site.
- Coordinate site work schedules, travel, reporting, and personnel accountability.
- Support monthly reporting and performance evaluation meetings.
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English proficiently
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office software
- Active Secret clearance (Tier 3 / T3R); Top Secret / SCI eligibility as required for classified system oversight
- Demonstrated IT project or site management experience on a comparable DoD support effort
Skills Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- U.S. citizenship
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Computer proficiency and Microsoft Office experience
- Active Secret clearance, Tier 3 / T3R
- Top Secret / SCI eligibility, Tier 5 / T5R, for applicable classified system oversight or sensitive duties
- IT project or site management experience on a comparable Department of Defense support effort
