Job Description

As Project Manager - NPI at NTS Singapore you will be responsible for driving cross-functional project execution, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, operational objectives, quality standards, budget expectations, and delivery timelines.

This role requires strong project leadership, stakeholder management, technical coordination, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Furthermore, your key responsibilities are:
  • Lead end-to-end execution of NPI, transfer, and manufacturing-related projects.

  • Develop project plans, schedules, resource requirements, and risk management strategies.

  • Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure project readiness and successful implementation.

  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues proactively, and drive timely completion of milestones.

  • Manage communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Ensure projects meet quality, budget, delivery, and customer satisfaction objectives.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, project reporting, and proper handover to production teams.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor, electronics, or contract manufacturing environments.

  • Proven experience managing NPI, transfer, or manufacturing projects in high-volume production settings.

  • Strong project management, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, engineering change management, and continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
