Position Overview:

Passes is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee our projects and partnerships within the NIL space. This role combines strategic project management with relationship cultivation to ensure the successful execution of initiatives involving student-athletes and NIL partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about the evolving NIL landscape.

Key Responsibilities:Project Management

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of NIL-related projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Creator Success, Partnerships, and Product teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Track and report on project progress, addressing any roadblocks or delays with proactive solutions.

Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with student-athletes, university representatives, and NIL-focused stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for NIL partners, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout each project lifecycle.
  • Regularly engage with partners to gather feedback, identify new opportunities, and enhance satisfaction.

Strategic Planning

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align NIL initiatives with broader company objectives and market trends.
  • Identify and evaluate new opportunities for NIL partnerships and campaigns to expand Passes' reach in the NIL space.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of NIL regulations and trends, ensuring all projects comply with current guidelines.

Operational Excellence

  • Develop scalable processes and systems to streamline NIL project management and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, leveraging data to refine strategies and report outcomes to leadership.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to budgets and deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably within NIL, sports, or creator economy industries.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from initiation to completion.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, adept at working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and CRM software.
  • Solid understanding of the NIL landscape, sports marketing, and the creator economy.
  • Familiarity with NCAA compliance regulations and the evolving NIL legal framework.
