Position Overview
We are looking for a business-oriented Project Manager to work with our Enterprise Business Chief of Staff. We are looking for individuals with a flexible business mindset and skills in numerical analysis as you will manage multiple cross-organizational projects.
You will report to the Chief of Staff Director.
This role is hybrid—you can use our office spaces but are not required to come in a specific number of days per week. You may occasionally attend an office-based meeting or workshop.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support to the Enterprise Business Chief of Staff, aiding in the management and execution of multiple cross-organizational projects that align with our goals and strategy
- Build high-level relationships with stakeholders, promoting a collaborative environment across different departments
- Take ownership of projects, implementing them independently and to the highest standards
- Understand sales processes, applying this knowledge to improve operational relationships and achieve our goals
- Work on multiple projects across different stakeholders, driving excellence in business outcomes
- Apply creative and strategic thinking to solve complex business problems, using a data-driven approach for decision making. Influence and persuade stakeholders, leveraging your strong communication and relationship-building skills to drive successful business outcomes
- Utilize Excel, AI tools and other Microsoft applications to manage, analyze, and present data effectively, and to optimize project processes
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as a Project Manager within enterprise-level business environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Experience in customer-facing roles and enjoy building customer relationships
- Have a structured and organized approach, set yourself clear goals and deliver
- You value processes and compliance
- Are comfortable managing several projects in parallel
- Proficiency in Excel, AI tools and comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities with the capacity to influence and persuade stakeholders
- You show team management skills, coupled with a collaborative and inclusive mindset
- Understanding of sales processes and tools
