Job Summary:

The MTA Project Manager will collaborate with Market leadership to help plan, drive, and track project milestones to achieve desired results. This role will be responsible for managing projects, including preparing action plans, scheduling, financial reporting, and maintaining project documentation. Excellent time management and communication skills are needed to collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to deliver results by specified deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
• Use our CRM tools to setup projects, enter data, generate approval requests, monitor milestones
• Drive project tracking and status updates on related initiatives to internal and external teams
• Partner with Finance to enhance and communicate overall financial reporting. Assist in interpretation of report findings, identifying of areas for improvement and development of solutions
• Collaborate with accounting leaders to generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for external partners
• Provide general administrative support to the real estate and construction team as needed.
• Other related tasks as needed


Job Qualifications:  
Education and Certifications 
4-year college degree, BA/BS or equivalent preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience
• PMP or CAPM preferred.


Work Experience 
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management

Skills 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiar with Salesforce and Asana
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and levels across the organization
• Takes initiative in identifying issues for resolution/improvement
• Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role.

The Targeted Salary Range for this New York position is $67,000 to $93,000.

Ultimate compensation will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, skills, scope and responsibility of the position, as well as pursuant to salary market benchmarks. This salary range is a good-faith estimate of the salary for this position.
