About the Job:
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager (m/f/d) to join one of our clients and lead its Project Management strategies. In your day to day work, you’ll focus on streamlining project planning and scheduling, coordinating with teams, managing risks, and maintaining high-quality standards, while having the opportunity to contribute to various projects. Our client is a pioneering German dual-use technology company that develops unmanned ground vehicles to spearhead automation in both governmental and civilian sectors. Enhance. Multiply. Protect.
In this role, you’ll:
- Oversee project planning and scheduling to keep initiatives on track
- Coordinate teams across a matrix organization with both internal and external partners
- Manage and mitigate project risks while troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Control budgets effectively and ensure projects meet financial targets
- Communicate proactively with customers and distributors to align expectations
- Enable and maintain high-quality standards across projects
- Support leadership initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
Your profile:
- Solid experience in project management within technical or industrial environments
- Proven leadership skills with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities and a willingness to learn and develop
- Experience coordinating with varied stakeholders in a matrix organization
- Familiarity with common office software tools is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English is a must
- Eligibility to work in the UK and able to travel within the UK (up to 75%)
