This role is responsible for leading the planning, execution, coordination, and successful delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects. The Project Manager (MEP) will oversee project teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and compliance standards.Job Description
About the Role:
Lead end-to-end management of MEP projects from design review through execution, commissioning, and handover.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resource plans, risk registers, and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and compliance with project objectives.
Monitor construction progress, quality standards, safety compliance, and contractual obligations while proactively resolving project challenges.
Review MEP designs, technical specifications, shop drawings, and commissioning plans to ensure adherence to project requirements and industry best practices.
Drive project governance through regular progress reviews, reporting, forecasting, and performance management of project teams and contractors.
About You:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Master's degree or Project Management certification is an added advantage.
14-18 years of proven experience in MEP project management within commercial real estate, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, data center, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
Strong expertise in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection systems, building management systems, and integrated project delivery.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, large budgets, contractors, consultants, and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, commercial acumen, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
