Who You Are & the Impact You Will Have:

The Project Manager I is part of a dynamic Brand, Marketing and Communications team tasked with managing product and system integration projects. For this internal-facing role, the candidate will be required to manage complex system and marketing team work load, while creating and improving business processes and procedures. The candidate should be a highly-organized self-starter and be able to operate effectively within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Understanding the business objectives and help deliver a plan to successfully deliver a project or campaign while meeting all business objectives.

  • Plan and manage multiple projects in support of the Brand, Marketing and Communication team and will involve resources from a variety of locations and disciplines, both internal and external to the organization.

  • Creative Studio project management including marketing and brand campaigns, event design and videos, print production coordination, merchandise timelines

  • Overseeing our internal departmental processes including running departmental-wide project meetings, coordinating project details in Monday.com, and scheduling projects for internal review

  • Integrated Marketing project management for recruitment campaigns, site inventory and community support initiatives

  • Helping ensure that projects run through our approval process smoothly and ensure that deliverables are met on time

  • Maintaining relationships with our select production vendors

  • Work closely with the project team and business stakeholders to define the approach, activities and timelines for project execution.

  • Tailor standard project methodologies to define pragmatic approaches for specific initiatives.

  • Collaborates with team managers to identify project approach, deliverables, tasks and resources required to complete a project, specifically as it pertains to technical tasks and deliverables.

  • Continuously review processes and improve as necessary to drive efficiencies throughout the provisioning lifecycle.

  • Gathering and reporting information in all levels.

What You Will Need to be Successful:

  • BS degree in Marketing, Project Management or other related field or equivalent professional experience.

  • Five or more years of Marketing, Project Management, system integration, and business or organizational change management experience.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

  • Knowledge of Project Management principles.

  • Basic understanding of data center concepts

  • US Citizenship for this position is required by law due to federal customer contracts

Nice to Have:

  • Five or more years of Project Management experience possessing strong technical and management skills.

  • Experience with Project Management applications such as MS Project or Clarity

  • Experience with Monday.com

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with Senior Management
  • Strong facilitation skills.
  • Strong communication, organization, and management skills.
  • Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
