The Project Manager Market & Customer Intelligence plays a critical role in driving strategic initiatives and organizational priorities across the business. This role is responsible for overseeing cross-functional strategy projects from inception through execution, ensuring aligned business objectives, effective change management, and measurable operational results.
Key Responsibilities
Role location status: Hybrid (based in Oegstgeest)
Lead and execute strategic projects and diverse teams from scoping through implementation, ensuring deliverables align with long-term business strategy.
Collaborate with regional leadership, market intelligence and cross-functional commercial teams (e.g. sales, product management, sustainability, compliance, finance), to identify key performance drivers and improvement opportunities.
Define project roadmaps, track key milestones, manage risk mitigation, and report progress to executive stakeholders.
Conduct strategic market & competitive analyses and voice-of-customer (VoC) initiatives, utilizing surveys to gather insights that support executive decision-making and business goals.
Facilitate cross-departmental alignment and change management initiatives to ensure seamless strategy adoption
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record in project management, strategic consulting, or corporate strategy within an international business environment.
Core Competencies: Strong financial and business acumen, paired with expertise in stakeholder management and strategic problem-solving.
Deliver Results & Execution: Proven ability to independently manage multi-faceted projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
