KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage assigned projects from order entry through shipment and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules aligned with manufacturing capacity.
  • Monitor project status and escalate risks impacting scope, cost, or delivery.
  • Coordinate activities across Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Field Service.
  • Support Sales during the quoting phase by reviewing QA, testing, and documentation requirements.
  • Identify manufacturing, compliance, or documentation risks during quote review.

  • Support change order documentation and communicate potential cost impacts.
  • Review customer specifications and coordinate technical submittals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2–4 years of project coordination or project management experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or construction environments.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, if needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • ERP experience (Epicor, SAP).
  • Exposure to regulated or highly technical projects.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Standard office environment.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and reach.
  • Ability to work extended hours sitting at a computer.
