Our Autostore Project Management team is growing and searches in Germany one experienced Project Manager (m7f/d) who is savvy in the realization of Autostore projects.
Optimally you are based close to a mayor airport as you will be based with a remote contract and be responsible of all German projects.
Your tasks
The project manager’s main target is the management of AutoStore projects from contract to final acceptance. In this role you support a smooth transition from system sales into the implementation phase and later into the service phase.
Manage Kardex AutoStore realisation projects from contract to final acceptance, by delivering projects on time, to budget and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with sales during the project acquisition phase.
Ensure smooth transitions across sales, implementation, and service phases.
Build strong client relationships, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.
Optimise processes, negotiate solutions, and drive financial improvements.
Contribute to developing tools, standards, and processes for project success
Your profile
Completed university degree in engineering, with knowledge of safety regulations would be preferred; AutoStore/PLC experience are advantageous.
Profund professional experience in site or project management of automation systems, with a track record of successfully delivered projects.
Savvy in leading project teams, following budgets and achieving milestones
Strong communication skills with fluent German and English as well as the ability to work effectively in construction‑like project environments.
Competence in using AutoCAD, MS Office and similar software tools to support technical and project-related tasks.
Willingness to travel across DACH region
