Job Description

The LCS Project Manager is responsible for simultaneously leading and coordinating a number of complex, cross‑functional projects through the Modular Launch and Development (MOD) process that support Lifecycle Services (LCS) strategy and business objectives. This role plays a critical part in the Offer Lifecycle Management (OLM) process, which is our end-to-end methodology for planning, funding, executing, measuring, and sustaining offerings. OLM is intended to drive growth, align strategy, and ensure a competitive and innovative portfolio that meets evolving customer and market needs.

This role partners closely with business leaders, product management, engineering, finance, and delivery teams to ensure initiatives are prioritized, well‑governed, and executed with discipline, transparency, and measurable outcomes. You will owns end‑to‑end delivery across the project lifecycle, from initiation through execution, release, and close, while driving consistency in project management practices, financial discipline, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across LCS.

We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Lifecycle Services Portfolio Project Management Office. You will:

Your Responsibilities
  • You will lead delivery of multiple LCS initiatives, ensuring outcomes align with planned business impacts, budgets, and value realization
  • Manage projects through all lifecycle phases (initiation, planning, execution, release, and close) following PMO governance, MOD stage gates, and lifecycle standards
  • Apply disciplined project and portfolio management practices, including scope, schedule, financial management, risk mitigation, and governance
  • Provide transparency and accountability by reporting project health, risks, dependencies, financials, and outcomes to senior leadership
  • Drive rigorous planning and execution to meet commitments on time, within budget, and aligned to quality and performance expectations
  • Proactively identify, mitigate, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies across projects and cross‑functional teams
  • Coordinate execution across multiple functions, teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and integration
  • Support portfolio intake and prioritization in partnership with LCS and business leaders
  • Apply change management principles (such as ADKAR) to drive adoption and sustainable outcomes
  • Contribute to PMO continuous improvement, including evolving standards, metrics, reporting, and adoption of tools such as AI, Smartsheets, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
The Essentials – You Will Have
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrated project management experience leading cross‑functional initiatives
  • Ability to travel 5% of the time, domestically or internationally
The Preferred – You Might Also Have
  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management roles
  • PMP certification
  • Lean Six Sigma / Green Belt certification or equivalent process improvement experience
  • Experience applying change management frameworks such as ADKAR
  • Experience managing multiple priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders across regions
  • Experience leading complex initiatives with limited direction
  • Experience using project management and reporting tools, including dashboards and analytics
