Position Summary

Reporting to a Manager Project Management based in Germany, this Project Manager will plan, direct, and ensure the successful outcome of Product lifecycle changes and Product relocation projects utilizing the assigned project teams, as well as standards, practices, and toolsets established within Flowserve. You will work directly with internal stakeholders to ensure all project activity is regularly reported to the client and performed as per agreed technical specifications and project terms and conditions.
The role will also be involved in the backend data integrity and analysis of the Lifecycle Change Management Program LCMP. This includes managing backend data integrity and reporting for Product 3 Digit Codes — unique process identifiers captured in the company’s database and integrated into all systems, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms, Configure Price Quote (CPQ) tools, and other operational systems.

The role will also support business reporting initiatives, conduct Complexity Reduction (CORE) data overlap analysis with LCMP data, and collaborate with I.T. to enable ERP and financial reporting integrations. Additionally, the Project Manager will oversee Strategic Business Management (SBM) projects to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.

This person ensures that data is up to date, backed up on a regular basis and available to management at any time.

*Onsite Role at any Flowserve Site
