Manages projects in the context with full responsibility for the results and drives the development of products, solutions and/or services that are right on time and competitive in the market place, or drives research that ensures Siemens' technological lead position.
  • You will be a project leader for Package Engineering and Product Labeling (PE & PL) leading package and product labeling projects including development of new, and revision of current, labeling for Siemens Healthineers Lab Solutions (LS) reporting to the Head of Labeling, Compliance and Localization.
  • You will provide end to end project management from assignment through component release, which may include graphic development, artwork approvals, translations, labeling drawing/specification development, artwork/specification submission through the Documentum system
  • You will manage the approval process including routing artwork for approval and conducting proof approvals consistent with established standards and QMS requirements
  • You will lead multiple projects and activities along with conducting and/or participating in project meetings as required.
  • You must be able to handle quick turnarounds, while maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment.

  • As a member of the Package Engineering and Product Labeling team, you will collaborate with internal resources and cross functional partners (i.e. R&D, RA, Manufacturing and Marketing) to orchestrate labeling development and implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA and international regulations and possess an understanding of regulated documents and change control.
  • Coordinate with other functional areas to process multiple requests, schedule priorities, and implement approved changes.
  • Experience with project management tools and concepts
  • Effectively work with others across departments and disciplines to implement solutions
  • To maintain consistency and quality in our labeling, you will provide global coordination of package labeling including standardization of designs (i.e., Global Branding) for worldwide use.
  • Experience with labeling development systems along with knowledge of digital artwork management and XML are a plus.
  • Provides leadership and coaching on project teams to ensure labeling timelines and deliverables are met

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • BA/BS in Engineering, Packaging, Marketing, Project Management, or related field
  • Knowledge of US and International medical device regulations and standards especially those related to labeling
  • Experience working in a regulated environment (in vitro diagnostics, medical device, pharmaceutical)
  • Global experience preferred
  • Minimum 5 years labeling development experience required
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to independently lead and manage multiple, complex projects/activities concurrently
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite, Project Management tools. Familiarity with Documentum, labeling systems and Artwork Management/Digital Workflow is a plus.

The pay range for this position in  NYC or Westchester County, NY   is $110,000 - $129,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The base pay range for this position is

Min $104,000 - Max $156,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
