The Role

Basic Job Functions: 

Leads complex, crossfunctional IT initiatives supporting enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, Microsoft Fabric, Oracle ERP, WMS, OTM and HCM clouds, ensuring delivery aligns with business strategy, enterprise architecture standards, security, and compliance requirements. Manages multiple concurrent, highimpact projects from demand intake through delivery and transition to operations. Acts as a senior delivery leader and trusted partner to business and IT stakeholders, translating strategic objectives into executable plans and measurable business outcomes through disciplined project management, governance, and continuous improvement.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent years of work experience.

  • PMP Certification required.

  • Minimum 10 years of related work experience.

  • 7+ years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise IT initiatives.

Required Skills/Competencies:

Project & Delivery Leadership 

  • Advanced project management expertise across Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery models.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex initiatives with multiple workstreams, dependencies, and vendors.
  • Strong ownership of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk, with proactive issue identification and escalation.

 

Enterprise Systems & Platforms

  • Demonstrated experience delivering projects involving one or more of the following: 

    • ServiceNow (ITSM, workflows, integrations, reporting, platform enhancements).
    • Oracle ERP, WMS, OTM, HCM, and related functional modules.
    • Enterprise integrations, data flows, and downstream operational impacts.
  • Ability to partner effectively with business process owners, architects, security, and infrastructure teams.
  • Ability to engage and develop project team members to maximize contribution and team cohesiveness.

 

Tools & Methods 

  • Proficiency with MS Project for detailed scheduling, dependency management, and critical path analysis.

  • Experience leveraging ServiceNow or similar platforms for project intake, work tracking, reporting, and operational handoff.
  • Strong working knowledge of PMBOK standards and enterprise delivery governance. 
  • Demonstrated ability to incorporate AI‑enabled tools and capabilities (e.g., automated reporting, predictive risk analysis, workflow optimization, knowledge management) into project delivery practices.
  • Understanding of AI‑related considerations including data quality, security, governance, and responsible use.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams to evaluate where AI can improve efficiency, insight, or decision‑making while managing associated risks. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑level status reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influence skills across IT and business leadership.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex IT projects supporting enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Oracle ERP, WMS, OTM, HCM), from demand intake and business case development through testing, implementation and transition to operations.
  • Partner with business sponsors, IT leadership, and architecture teams to define scope, success criteria, funding models, and delivery approach.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts using MS Project, ensuring visibility into dependencies and critical paths. 
  • Manage execution against approved baselines, actively controlling scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk.
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and cross‑system dependencies, providing clear mitigation strategies and escalation recommendations.
  • Coordinate delivery across internal teams (applications, testing, infrastructure, security, data) and external vendors or system integrators.
  • Manage vendor performance, including contractual commitments, milestone tracking, and deliverable quality.
  • Leverage ServiceNow to support project intake, work tracking, status reporting, and operational readiness activities.
  • Ensure delivered solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, data governance, and operational support standards.
  • Incorporate AI‑enabled capabilities where appropriate to enhance delivery insights, reporting accuracy, and execution efficiency.
  • Provide clear, concise, and executive‑ready project communications highlighting progress, risks, decisions required, and forecasted outcomes.
  • Support change management, readiness, and adoption activities to ensure solutions realize intended business value.
  • Conduct post‑implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across IT delivery practices.
  • Analyzes business processes; identifies alternative solutions, assesses feasibility, and recommends new approaches leveraging technology.
  • Plans, directs, and coordinates complex programs and projects to ensure realization of expected business benefits.
  • Takes full responsibility for the successful delivery of high‑risk, high‑visibility projects with significant organizational impact.
  • Advises on standards, methods, tools, and techniques and contributes to continuous improvement of project and portfolio management practices. 
  • Defines and monitors benefit realization mechanisms to ensure alignment with approved business cases.

Estimated Salary Range:

  • $112,300-$160,000 annually
