Project Manager - IT

For Project Management services in the Information Technology area.

The Technical Part:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field and at least five (5) years of previous exposure to ICT Project Management activities within the regulated industry.
• Bilingual: (Spanish and English)
• Shift: Administrative & according to business needs 
• Experience in:
  • ICT infrastructure projects and systems integration
  • Emerging technologies such as cloud computing, IoT, and AI
  • Project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana)
  • Cybersecurity and data protection best practices

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Project Planning: Develop project plans, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables. Identify resources required for project completion and assign tasks accordingly.
• Budget Management: Create and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are utilized effectively. Track expenditures and report on budget variances.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative environment. Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and address issues as they arise.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and reports on project status. Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine project objectives.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, cyber security standards and client expectations. Implement processes for quality control and improvement.
• Project Closure: Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. Ensure all project documentation is complete and archived appropriately.
