The Project/Delivery Manager role will partner with product, ux, and engineering teams to manage integrated product and platform solutions.. You will ensure that our project tracking, status reporting, capacity management, intake, and closure processes are well documented and well run.
You Will:
- Planning: Create and implement a detailed project plan that includes all the necessary information and prepares everyone involved
- Communication: Keep team and leads updated on developments, address concerns, and communicate changes
- Leadership: Motivate and inspire team members to work productively and professionally
- Monitoring: Monitor and control the project's progress to ensure it's delivered on time, within scope, and to the expected quality
- Resource allocation: Work with team leads to align on resources to tasks and set deadlines
- Stakeholder management: Satisfy the stakeholders within the project's boundaries
- Risk assessment: Assess risks and plan for mitigation
- Documentation: Document and control the quality of project tasks
- Reporting: Provide weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly project reports and feedback along with providing roll up detail reports into high-level themes
- Issue resolution: Mediate and resolve issues between stakeholders
- Meetings: Lead kick-off, biweekly, and as needed meetings to ensure teams are aligned on projects along with meetings needed to address issues/risks in a timely manner
- Partnership: Establish partnerships with managers and leaders across the organization
You Have:
- At least 3 years project management experience working with cross functional teams
- 2 years experience with JIRA
- Experience with leading digital initiatives in project management capacity
- End-to-end Total Software Development Life Cycle experience.
- Track department-wide programs across many teams
- Develop delivery plans and track schedules and roadmaps
- Roll up details into high-level themes
- Exceptional strategic and analytical, problem-solving, and storyboarding skill
- Detail-orientation with excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to change
- Writing skills for weekly, bi-weekly,team, and executive level reporting
- IT background to understand technical software deliverables
