Project Management
- Plan and manage internal projects from kickoff to delivery.
- Create timelines, tasks, and milestones in ClickUp.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with department heads to align on goals, deliverables, and expectations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and momentum.
Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and lead efforts to improve workflows.
- Help roll out standardized project management practices across departments.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain clean and updated documentation (status reports, risk logs, post-project summaries).
- Provide timely updates to the Head of PMO and highlight any blockers or wins.
Resource Management
- Assist in coordinating internal resources and timelines.
- Monitor budgets to help ensure cost-effective project delivery.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years experience in project management (startup, agency, or internal ops preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong familiarity with ClickUp (must-have).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Clear communicator with solid stakeholder management experience.
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
