As a Project Manager Intern at iKnowHow, you will provide support in day-to-day administration and coordination of projects. The intern will gain exposure to project operations and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Update project data in internal systems, trackers, and spreadsheets
- Ensure information is accurate, consistent, and properly formatted
- Organize, label, and maintain physical project files and documentation
- Provide timesheet support
- Perform other project-related administrative tasks as assigned
*Currently enrolled as a student in a recognized educational institution in Greece, obligated and eligible to participate in an internship program as required by Greek law.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
- Good communication, attention in detail and interpersonal skills.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Word & Excel)
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
