- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
- Conduct regular project reviews and progress updates, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
- Ensure effective communication and knowledge transfer within the team and with clients.
- Manage and mentor a team of integration specialists, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in integration technologies and methodologies.
- Conduct post-project reviews and analyze project performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
- 6-8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on integration projects.
- Strong expertise in C++ programming, memory management, and file I/O concepts.
- Proficiency in multithreading, synchronization mechanisms, and kernel-level development.
- Good understanding of Linux development and triage, including command-line tools, POSIX, processes, and network concepts.
- Experience in writing unit tests and evaluating coding standards for C++ applications.
- Familiarity with SCM tools, IDE integration, and Agile methodologies is preferred.
- Knowledge of web application development on the C++ platform is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset are essential.
- Experience in performance optimization techniques, such as memory allocation reduction and loop optimization.
