We are seeking a proactive Project Manager, Innovation Projects to support and lead digital innovation initiatives. This role combines project management, business development, and business analysis responsibilities. The successful candidate will identify opportunities for innovation, build business cases, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure successful execution that delivers measurable business outcomes.

This role requires someone with strong analytical capabilities, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage projects from concept to execution while engaging key stakeholders.

You will enjoy having these responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Innovation Strategy

• Identify and assess opportunities for digital and innovation initiatives aligned with business objectives.

• Build compelling business cases and financial models to support new projects or technology adoption.

• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications.

• Support business development efforts by identifying potential clients, partners, and growth opportunities related to innovation projects.

Project Management & Coordination

• Lead and coordinate innovation projects across departments and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and progress.

• Develop project plans, track milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely and successful delivery.

• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

• Apply Agile, hybrid, or traditional project management methodologies depending on project needs.

• Support deployment of pilots, digital solutions, and technology integration initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, to align objectives, gather insights, and drive adoption of solutions.

• Facilitate workshops, presentations, and demos to ensure clarity, engagement, and buy-in.

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.

Execution & Impact

• Drive initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring tangible business outcomes and ROI.

• Monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.

• Capture lessons learned and recommend enhancements for future projects.

You have:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in project management, business analysis, digital transformation, or innovation initiatives.

• Experience in business development, preparing business cases, and engaging clients or partners.

• Familiarity with rail, transportation is advantageous.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on business value.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional projects.

• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and innovation frameworks is preferred.
