Parsons is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager (Infrastructure Design) to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager or Project Director, you will lead and manage the successful delivery of medium to large infrastructure projects in line with client requirements, contractual obligations, and company procedures. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, internal resources, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, including development of scope, budgets, schedules, resource plans and implementation strategies.
Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact, ensuring project requirements, expectations, and deliverables are met.
Monitor project performance, resources, budgets, and schedules, implementing corrective actions to address risks and challenges.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, vendors, and procurement activities to ensure efficient project delivery.
Lead project staffing, team development, performance management, and mentoring of direct reports.
Lead project planning and controls, including budgets, schedules, risk management, change management, and recovery strategies to address project challenges.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, security, and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee compliance with applicable codes, standards, regulations, and company quality management systems while promoting technical and commercial excellence.
Manage project documentation, reporting, change control, and contract variations, including negotiation of scope changes with clients and subcontractors.
Chair project meetings, provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, and maintain accurate records of project activities and performance.
Support business development by identifying opportunities for additional services and maintaining strong client relationships.
Review bid documents and support procurement and tendering activities as required.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management for project personnel to develop high-performing teams.
Perform other project management duties necessary to ensure successful project completion.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field from a recognized university.
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in roads and infrastructure design projects.
Minimum 2 years as Project Manager experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure design projects within budget and schedule constraints.
Strong knowledge of project management principles, contract administration, and commercial management.
Strong understanding of design delivery of infrastructure projects, including roads, highways, bridges, utilities, drainage, public realm, and associated civil works.
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Must have Abu Dhabi experience.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Professional Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
