Works with IT resources and customers to develop project scope, charter and project plans. Uses project management skills to manage project roles, identify resource requirements, define project deliverables, and ensure quality of projects. Ensures effective communications and relationships between customers and project team members are maintained. This role works collaboratively with internal technical and application teams as well as external consultants and vendors to define project schedule, coordinate project deliverables and meet project milestones. This role translates business requirements into technical requirements and facilitates the design and deployment of solutions that may include hardware, software, and network components.

- 8am-5pm (flexible)
- Will occasionally be onsite - based on previous projects, this could range from a couple times annually to 6-10 times per year.
Education
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited program (required)
Experience
- 3-4 years project management experience (required)
- Healthcare project management (preferred)
- Experience with EPIC (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills - oral and written (required)
- Strong facilitation skills (required)
- Self-motivated with strong problem solving skills (required)
- Strong leadership and people management skills (preferred)
