Broadridge is hiring! We’re seeking an Implementation Project Manager to join our stellar team! You would be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of client onboarding, implementation, and enhancement initiatives.
This role serves as the primary project lead, ensuring that timelines, risks, resources, dependencies, and stakeholder communications are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline, stakeholder communication, organizational skills, and client-facing professionalism. They are comfortable serving as the face of Broadridge with clients throughout project engagements while partnering with internal teams to ensure successful execution, delivery, and operational readiness.
Responsibilities:
Lead onboarding, implementation, and enhancement projects from planning through production deployment and stabilization.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items.
Serve as the primary point of coordination for project communications across internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, stakeholder discussions, and executive updates.
Coordinate activities across Product, Engineering, Operations, QA, Client Services, Solutions, and client teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Proactively identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints while driving resolution through collaboration and escalation when necessary.
Work within Agile delivery environments to support implementation planning, Jira/Confluence tracking, sprint coordination, and delivery readiness activities.
Support successful client outcomes through professional communication, stakeholder engagement, and effective project governance.
Ensure solutions are successfully transitioned into sustainable business-as-usual operational support models.
Qualifications:
5+ years of Project Management, Implementation Management, Program Coordination, or related experience.
Experience leading client-facing software implementation, onboarding, SaaS deployment, or enterprise technology projects.
Strong project planning, scheduling, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, software development environments, Jira, Confluence, and related collaboration tools.
Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to influence and coordinate work across multiple teams without direct authority.
Demonstrated ability to identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum in dynamic environments.
Financial services, regulatory communications, enterprise software, or technology implementation experience preferred.
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $110,000 - $130,000 USD. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, international locations and education.
