Strategic Initiatives & Operational Support (SIOS) department is in search of a meticulous and forward-thinking Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in facilitating the seamless progression of strategic projects, liaising with different stakeholders, and overseeing the maintenance of project records. They may also assume leadership responsibilities for specific areas within the team's scope.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to understand where challenges are
- Develop multiple project/program plans that include milestones, tasks, and resource assignments
- Interpret metrics and recommend appropriate actions
- Coordinate with teams to confirm deliverables are completed and set up promptly
- Keep comprehensive project records (timelines, meeting notes, progress reports)
- Tailor communications to the audience, conveying appropriate urgency and relevant information
- Maintain calm and focus under press
- Demonstrate a coachable mindset and be flexible/adaptive in the face of change

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, computer science, or a comparable field is required, or at least two years of relevant experience in project management or a similar area
- 2+ years of experience in release or project management roles is necessary, with a robust grasp of project management principles being preferable
- 2+ years of project management skills, demonstrating the capability to prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines within the established timeframe constraints
- 2+ years of proficiency in creating and maintaining actionable, realistic, and measurable action plans that outline tasks and outcomes tied to the project's goals and aims
- General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office with an intermediate level knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint design for executive audiences
- Proven ability to operate effectively in situations of uncertainty, rapidly absorb new information on one's own, and achieve results proactively
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
- Proven advanced written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare, business, computer science, or related fields is required. The individual should have the ability to influence and support relationships across various geographical areas and diverse levels of understanding concerning organizational processes and policies
- Proven necessitates robust planning, prioritization, organization, and completion of tasks to meet predefined objectives. Team collaboration and coordination are essential
- Proven clear and concise communication of ideas is mandatory
- Proven solid organizational abilities as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in writing and verbally
- Proven history of effective team participation is crucial
- Proven necessity for a proven track record of executing with excellence, setting deliberate goals, and achieving them by making smart decisions while managing multiple priorities effectively
- Proven high degree of emotional intelligence and confidence is important

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
