Job Description
The Client Services Project Manager III is responsible for efficient handling and coordinating all technical and service aspects of Cell Biology and other business custom&OEM projects. This will range from initial discussions with customers, internal teams, product specification alignments, and preparation of commercial proposals and internal documents required for manufacturing and sales. The candidate must possess strong communication and leadership skills, be proactive, motivated and diligent to details.

Job description:
-
Act with customers and sales representatives to understand commercial customers needs and serve as the internal link within the company to fulfill agreed customers requirements at a consistently high standard.

Prepare commercial proposals for business customers by evaluating the prices and terms and conditions. Identifies the need for transaction approvals following the current procedures for acquiring authorizations for business transactions.

Consolidate product specifications, initiate and coordinate custom and OEM Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) creation processes in ERP systems.

Work closely with the Product Managers, manufacturing, quality, customer service, R&D, business leads to ensure that customized service projects goals would be met effectively and timely.

Initiate the process of set up and sending customized product samples to customers for products testing.

Responsible for the transfer process of the business transaction terms to the ERP systems.

Participate in the investigation of complaints from commercial customers.

Participates and coordinates department project activities as well as individual commercial customers projects.
Keys to Success
Education
-
Bachelor's degree in Life Science field required.
Experience
-
Minimum of two years of experience in the Science Industry and/or Project Management field.
-
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Enterprise One, Oracle, Salesforce) is an advantage.
-
Experience working in a life sciences laboratory is an advantage.
-
Experience in project management is an advantage.
-
Commercial work experience in the life sciences (e.g., sales, customer service, technical sales support) is an advantage.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
-
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (written and oral).
-
Digital literacy (MS Office).
-
Excellent communication skills.
-
Work independently and in a team.
-
Technical knowledge of molecular biology, biochemistry or other related fields.
-
Knowledge of documentation principles.
-
Knowledge in biotechnology manufacturing processes - advantage.

Knowledge of the requirements of quality management system standards - advantage.

Compensation
The monthly salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €2 625,00–€3 937,50.
