Job Summary
As a Project Manager II in Commercial Solutions, you will report to the Client Service Leadership and manage multiple projects and initiatives that support the divisional agenda. You will collaborate with key partners across the affluent segment and other lines of business, applying strong communication and project management skills to deliver results and enhance the client experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver multiple projects and initiatives supporting the Commercial Solutions Client Service business.

- Champion the client experience model, ensuring divisional execution consistently meets and exceeds client expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for more effective ways of working and recommending solutions, both internally and for clients.
- Direct project activities, monitor progress, and set priorities to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend actionable solutions to resolve issues efficiently.
- Develop and implement value-adding business solutions independently and with minimal oversight.
- Prepare standard and ad hoc management reports and presentations for leadership audiences.
- Participate in operational and project meetings, providing project status updates and serving as the escalation point to keep initiatives on track.
- Execute commitments with urgency and a solution-focused mindset.
- Identify risks and escalate project issues promptly, driving effective resolution.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field — or 3 years of experience managing projects in a client-focused environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of executive management.
- Proven problem-solving and creative thinking capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including the ability to craft compelling presentations for executive audiences; strong working knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Ability to acquire and apply new technical and industry knowledge quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Prior experience in financial services or banking environments.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred.
- Experience with analytics or automation tools — such as Alteryx, Tableau, Python, or large language model (LLM) platforms — to support project and review outcomes.
- Maintain minimal direct business analytics scope, while being able to produce basic project metrics/insights as needed and/or effectively partner with the business analytics team to deliver data-driven references for decision-making and status reporting.
- Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.
