As our Project Manager IFM, you will play a key role in driving our global transition from a decentralized, local facility management model to a standardized, integrated approach with our strategic partner, Apleona.
You will take ownership of the operational execution across assigned Villeroy & Boch plants and sites, ensuring we meet our service quality, cost optimization, and global harmonization targets.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership & Governance: Set up project governance and team structures for assigned sites, lead local project core teams, and act as the deputy for the Global Program Leader.
- Implementation & Milestones: Develop and manage site-specific implementation plans, track project milestones, manage budgets, and oversee the local change request process.
- SLA & Contract Negotiation: Harmonize global Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across sites and negotiate site-specific IFM agreements ("Site Execution Agreements") with Apleona.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for regional Apleona teams, establish robust performance and KPI monitoring, and actively resolve operational or contractual issues.
- Transition & Change Management: Drive the supplier transition plan and support local change management and communication strategies to ensure a smooth transition.
Your Profile:
- Education: University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Extensive experience in leading complex, international projects, ideally within Facility Management transition, procurement, or corporate real estate.
- Contract & Supplier Expertise: Strong track record in contract negotiations, service level definitions (SLAs), and supplier performance management.
- Change & HR Know-how: Sound experience in change management, stakeholder communication, and ideally familiarity with employee transition processes (TUPE / local labor laws).
- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate diverse stakeholder landscapes and act as a reliable partner to site management.
- Languages: Excellent command of English is essential to collaborate effectively with local and global stakeholders.
