The Role
Job Description:
Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarizes progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.- Responsible for coordinating the delivery of services to customers.
- Manage the delivery of multiple project initiatives designed to enhance the services and level of support provided to the client.
- Plan, manage the delivery of all projects prioritized in alignment with the client/business needs and expectations.
- Ensure the ongoing process/system capability associated with projects and manages any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations established in project designs.
- Direct the activities of consultants, analysts, specialists and sub-contractors, ensures completion of multiple projects.
- Review project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects and coordinates various phases of projects.
- Confer with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. Prepares project reports for management, client, or others.
- Confer with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
- Perform other duties that support the overall objective of the position.
- Bachelor's degree, preferred field of study: Business Administration, Computer Science.
- Or, any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position.
- 4+ years' experience Project Management or similar experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge of: Best practices and standards of industry; industry trends; the methodology and associated phases, activities and deliverables; Microsoft Office Suite.
- Skill in: Project management, communication, collaboration, problem solving.
- Ability to: Work in a fast-paced environment; stay organized, prioritize workload, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
