The Team:
The team is responsible for the management and enhancement of our agent CRM system, APEX.
Role Description
This role is a mix of Business Analyst/Project Management. Responsibilities include segmenting feedback submissions from our end users, managing the summarization, categorization, and prioritization on user enhancement requests. Completing reports on these activities. Holistic dependency management and escalation around scheduled work as well as other PM light activities will be needed.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage all aspects of a small scale or sub-project, including schedule, financials, and deliverables
- Responsible for project planning, monitoring, and reporting
- Evaluate and authorize work requests and review cost estimates from suppliers
- Coordinate delivery of work from all parties involved
- Review and approve vendor invoices
- Produce reports to relevant level of management
- Accountable for acceptance criteria
- Obtain sign offs
- Conduct post implementation reviews
Experience
1 - 3 years of experience in an IT project management environment
Experience in the isurance industry is preferred
Experience working with agile methodologies is preferred
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent, relevant experience.
Skills
Advanced English skills
Excel - Entry Level (1-3 Years)
Rally or Salesforce knowledge is preferred
