Our Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing (PS AM) facility in Clayton, NC is a 457,000 square foot aseptic "fill and finish" site that is responsible for producing innovative, injectable diabetes and obesity treatments. TITLE: Project Manager
DUTIES: DUTIES: Develop and execute assigned project plans in accordance with scope, schedule, quality, impact, and cost objectives. Monitor and report project progress the stakeholders, relevant departments, and site leadership. Lead multi-disciplined project teams, negotiating required staffing with Line of Business and assisting with required training of personnel supporting the project. Develop project staffing plans by assembling the project team and managing task and time closely to ensure budget alignment. Support budget cycles through project cash flow projections. Align project with global programs and other site projects to actively share best practice, knowledge, and visions. Ensure all facets of the program lifecycle align with the expectations set forth by the project owner. Mentor and onboard project management. Support building, managing, and improving Project Portfolio Management systems. Create, manage, and invoice purchase orders and forecast budgets for projects. Provide training and guidance to support the technical and professional development of project personnel.
SALARY: $135,150 / year
WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours / week (from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.)

REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, and two years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Experience must include the following skills/tools/technologies: leading change management projects; process improvement, product transfer, and IT/process automation; production equipment maintenance and validation; robot and warehouse implementation; applying Lean principles in a manufacturing environment; and pharmaceutical packaging and pen assembly production
