Job Summary:
Mind Computing is seeking a PMO Analyst responsible for providing quality deliverables and analytical project reports for cyber risk consulting engagements. The Project Manager will provide analytical support to project team, and analyze, interpret, and extrapolate projects and model data to reach conclusions. An ideal candidate will also prepare written reports with text, charts, and spreadsheets for internal external use. This is a hybrid position, requiring 2 – 3 days each week onsite in Washington, D.C.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute UAT activities, including developing test cases, tracking defects, and validating system functionality against business requirements.
- Testing Documentation: Ability to analyze business requirements and developing detailed testing documentation, such as Test Plans, Test Scripts, and Test Results, to support system validation efforts.
- Training Delivery: Experience in conducting end-user or stakeholder training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to ensure smooth adoption of new systems, tools, or processes.
- Enterprise Communication: Skilled in preparing clear, concise, and effective enterprise-wide communications, including announcements, process updates, and implementation notices, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational messaging standards.
- PMO Support: Hands-on experience supporting Project Management Office (PMO) functions, including project tracking, documentation, reporting, and coordination among cross-functional teams.
- Analytical & Organizational Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex information, prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines with precision and accuracy.
- Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on accuracy, grammar, and formatting, ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create reports, dashboards, and professional presentations.
- Project Coordination: Experience in planning and organizing project tasks, capturing detailed meeting notes, tracking action items, and developing project deliverables and documentation.
- Agile Methodology: Understanding of Agile Software Development principles, including sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative delivery processes.
- Federal ICAM (Optional): Knowledge of Federal Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) frameworks and experience supporting related initiatives or programs.
Required Skill and Qualifications:
The Project Manager will serve as a team member on projects related to an area of relevant cyber risk consulting such as:
- Strategy, Defense and Response – providing cyber risk awareness, strategy, assessment and management, and cyber risk defense, response, and protection;
- Data – reporting and validation, architecture, privacy and protection;
- Application Security – concept and requirements design and development, verification and validation, and production maintenance and retirement;
- Infrastructure – core and cloud infrastructure security, threat and vulnerability management, asset management, mobile and endpoint security, and technical resilience;
- Identity – governance, advance authentication, privileged access management, identity analytics, consumer identity, and directory services;
- Security Architecture Review, and Systems Security Engineering.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience working as a government contractor.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance.
