The Business Analyst will gather and analyze business requirements, support Agile development, manage the product backlog, and ensure the delivery of software solutions.

Design, implement, and manage scalable AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, EKS) using IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), automation, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD (GitHub Actions). Enforce cloud security (IAM, encryption, network segmentation), monitor and optimize performance/cost, troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues, and collaborate with development teams. Support VA project requirements, undergo background checks, and complete fingerprinting.

Design, develop, and manage cloud applications on AWS, implement ETL workflows, and CI/CD pipelines while ensuring security and performance optimization.

Lead capture efforts for federal pursuits across contract vehicles: develop and execute capture plans, conduct competitor and opportunity analysis, coordinate gate reviews, support pricing/teaming/proposals, manage CRM pipeline, and maintain capture documentation to increase probability of win.

The UI/UX Designer will apply Human-Centered Design principles, conduct user research, create prototypes, and collaborate on projects to enhance user experience.

Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure. Automate provisioning with Terraform/CloudFormation/ARM and scripts (Python/PowerShell/Bash). Integrate CI/CD (GitHub Actions), deploy containerized workloads with Docker/Kubernetes, monitor and troubleshoot performance/security, and collaborate with development teams to support DevOps and federal compliance.

The Database Engineer will design, optimize, and manage PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL databases, ensure data integrity, and support cloud platforms. Responsibilities include query generation, system monitoring, and cross-team collaboration, with a focus on performance tuning and disaster recovery strategies.

The Functional Tester will develop test plans, execute manual and automated tests, document defects, conduct regression and UAT, and work collaboratively in an Agile environment.

The Junior UI/UX Designer will apply Human-Centered Design principles, create user-friendly designs, conduct usability testing, and support accessibility compliance for VA applications.

The Junior Scrum Master will guide Agile practices, manage project execution, remove impediments, and facilitate collaboration among teams to ensure successful project delivery.
