Provide PMO support for VA cyber risk consulting projects: track and report project progress, run UAT, produce reports/presentations, train stakeholders, analyze project data, and support cybersecurity risk and security activities to ensure timely delivery.

Design, implement, and manage scalable AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, EKS) using IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), automation, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD (GitHub Actions). Enforce cloud security (IAM, encryption, network segmentation), monitor and optimize performance/cost, troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues, and collaborate with development teams. Support VA project requirements, undergo background checks, and complete fingerprinting.

Lead and execute federal capture efforts across contract vehicles: develop and run capture plans, conduct opportunity and competitor analysis, coordinate gate reviews, align solution/pricing/proposal teams, manage partners/subcontractors, maintain CRM data hygiene, and support pricing, win themes, and reporting to increase win probability.

Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack Java applications (backend Java/Spring Boot, frontend React/Angular, PostgreSQL). Lead architecture decisions, mentor developers, perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, implement testing strategies (JUnit, Cypress, Playwright), collaborate with product/QA/DevOps in Agile, and support VA mission-critical initiatives while meeting security and clearance requirements.

Design, build, and maintain cloud-native full-stack applications (front-end and back-end), integrate AI/LLM capabilities, implement APIs and microservices, ensure security and scalability, participate in Agile processes, and support testing, deployments, and troubleshooting for a VA project.

Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure AWS infrastructure using IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), automate deployments and CI/CD, support containerized applications (Docker/EKS), monitor and troubleshoot performance, security, and cost, and collaborate with development teams to ensure reliable cloud operations for a VA engagement.

Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts; create detailed test cases; perform manual and regression testing; report defects; maintain test documentation; conduct performance and UAT testing; collaborate with developers; and improve automation processes.
