Project Manager HRMS

The Project Manager is responsible for the management and coordination of Prosoft (HCM) software implementations for our customers so they achieve the defined objectives of scope, cost, schedule, and quality with excellent customer satisfaction. Our Project Managers work closely with our team of implementation and technical consultants and customer implementation team members. This position provides professional Statements of Work and Services quotes, supporting our Account Executives in the Pre-sales process and ensures contribution of Professional Services before contract signoff.

• What you will do:

• Engage in requirements definition with clients.

• Define strategy to achieve a successful roll-out that satisfies client expectations.

• Manage the implementation of UNIT4 Prosoft, including developing a project plan.

• Liaise with clients and UNIT4 staff regarding project implementation and issues, including regularly providing project status reports to UNIT4 management and clients.

• Prioritize tasks and coordinate resources on assigned projects.

• Ensure all available data is compiled to provide a clear, documented understanding of client requirements, goals, and objectives.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex client issues.

• Monitor cost, progress, and quality of projects.

• Schedule projects and ensure they are completed within budget, on time, and according to acceptable standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Prepare post-implementation review and report.

• Transfer project documentation and knowledge to the support team.

• Provide project supervision and leadership on assigned projects.

• Support Account Executive with selling our services proposition.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

• 5 years of relevant experience in Project Management.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

• Strong financial/business background.

• Experience with project management and HCM (Human Capital Management) business processes and implementations.

• Consulting skills and demonstrated experience in building strong customer relationships.

• Ability to interpret client business requirements and translate them into solutions.

• Experience as a vendor Project Manager preferred.

• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with senior-level stakeholders (internal and external).

• Some experience implementing ERP or HRMS systems.

• Some experience in contract issues, negotiation, and consultancy services.

• Strong communication and management skills with clear independent judgment.

• Fluency in local language and English.

• Ability to engage and inspire colleagues.
