Project Manager - HR Operational Excellence (m/f/d)

About the role
As a Project Manager for HR Operational Excellence, you will collaborate directly with the HR CoEs, People Experience teams, and the IT department. Your mission is to lead strategic HR projects from initiation through implementation to completion, ensuring seamless execution and governance.

What You Will Do
Drive implementation of HR continuous improvement projects in the area of payroll, time management and HR Core.
Act as business-side lead for SAP payroll projects e.g. transition to SAP S4 HANA.
Set-up a project structure and governance.
Support the preparation of business cases for technology investments.
Develop global HR process standardization and documentation.
Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and projects dashboards to track progress.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among HR managers, IT teams, and other stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives, consolidating feedback and insights to refine our Core HR processes.
Who You Are
10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the area of payroll and time management.
Strong background in payroll transformation and HR process implementation projects.
Familiar with HR governance processes, service excellence, and performance tracking.
Solid experience with SAP.
Proficient in HR systems and processes HRIS, Workday would be a plus. Experience with ticketing systems is a plus.
Proven ability to coordinate complex projects across multiple countries, engaging with diverse stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
You are capable of challenging existing practices and driving change, you can inspire teams to adopt new ways of working and find consensus among diverse opinions.
You take the lead and drive projects forward, seeking information and assistance when needed to ensure timely delivery.
You possess strong communication skills in stakeholder management and the ability to deliver clear presentations.
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
This opportunity is a fixed-term position for one year.
