We are seeking a well-rounded Project Manager with experience managing high-end custom home projects. This individual will play a key role in coordinating with homeowners, superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure luxury residential projects are delivered successfully.
The ideal candidate is organized, client-focused, and capable of balancing construction execution with strong relationship management skills.
- Manage high-end custom residential construction projects from start to completion
- Coordinate closely with homeowners, architects, designers, and field teams
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Work collaboratively with superintendents and subcontractors throughout all project phases
- Ensure clear communication between all stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and proactively address challenges
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction
Candidates located in or near South Georgia are strongly preferred.
