Job Description:

Role Overview

The Project Manager, Growth Enablement supports the effectiveness and alignment of Fluence’s global “Growth” organization (sales and marketing), by driving structured execution across key initiatives, events, and team-wide communications and meetings.

This role acts as a central operator—bringing organization, follow-through, and accountability to cross-functional efforts driven by the Growth organization. The individual will work closely with senior leaders and broader team members to ensure priorities are clearly tracked, progress is visible, and commitments are delivered.

A successful candidate in this role will help Fluence achieve its ambitious sales and marketing goals – and deliver on its mission to transform the way we power the world to a more sustainable future - by ensuring the Growth organization operates efficiently, with clear objectives, aligned timelines, and shared understanding across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Events & Team Coordination

  • Lead coordination of major Growth events, such as global sales kick-off events, customer engagements, and beyond.

  • Coordinate agendas, materials, and logistics to ensure efficient, action-oriented meetings.

  • Support planning and execution of key team and leadership forums, such as quarterly leadership gatherings, All Hands, and other Growth coordination meetings.

  • Support coordination and program development for customer visits, including planning, materials, and logistics to ensure high-quality engagements.

Operating Rhythm & Tracking

  • Support the establishment and execution of a consistent operating rhythm across the Growth organization, for planning, activities, and communications.

  • Maintain simple, scalable trackers to monitor progress against priorities and key initiatives.

  • Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely updates, inputs, and delivery of commitments.

  • Support preparation of structured updates and leadership reviews.

Program & Initiative Execution

  • Drive execution of cross-functional Growth initiatives, ensuring clear plans, timelines, and ownership.

  • Coordinate across teams to track deliverables, manage dependencies, and surface risks.

  • Ensure consistent follow-through on action items by engaging stakeholders, including senior leaders.

Process Improvement & Operational Support

  • Identify opportunities to improve how work gets done across the Growth organization.

  • Develop and maintain simple tools, templates, and processes to increase efficiency and clarity.

  • Support standardization of recurring workflows avoiding unnecessary complexity.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 4–7 years of experience in project management, program management, consulting, or similar roles.

  • Strong organizational and execution skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Demonstrated ability to track progress, manage stakeholders, and drive follow-through on initiatives.

  • Proactive, “go-getter” mindset with willingness to engage broadly across the organization.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including comfort working with senior leaders.

  • High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to create clear, structured, and executive-ready materials.

  • Experience in energy or hardware manufacturing industries is a plus, but not required.

  • Familiarity with process improvement approaches such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
