Within the Group Technology, the Strategy, Governance & Coordination team is responsible for leading the execution of the Technology strategy, ensuring the successful delivery of key initiatives. Oversees cross-functional coordination, optimizes core processes, and supports Technology teams in driving continuous improvement.

In this area, we are seeking a Project Manager (PM) to support the Technology function and take ownership of the execution of complex, high-impact initiatives. In this role, you will serve as an internal facilitator, engaging deeply with project content, coordinating senior subject-matter experts and effectively navigating the complexity of a leading technology group.

The primary mission of this role is to bridge the gap between strategic vision and operational execution, ensuring that newly defined operating models and ways of working are successfully implemented and translated into sustainable, high-performing realities.

In particular, you will be responsible for:​

  • Lead high-impact projects across the R&D landscape, taking full ownership of outcomes and ensuring initiatives move from "idea" to "impact."

  • Redefine processes and models by proactively design and implement new ways of working and frameworks that enhance efficiency and innovation across Technology teams.

  • Navigate Complexity between diverse stakeholders, managing expectations and aligning different perspectives toward a shared strategic goal.

  • Translate complex data and project statuses into clear, effective narratives to enable executive decision-making.

  • Deal with challenges with an hands-on approach, enabling the identification of roadblocks and the development of pragmatic, solution-oriented recommendations.

What skills are we looking for?​

  • Solid experience (minimum 5 years) in a Strategy, PMO or Advisory role, ideally within a consulting environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within large, complex organizations, managing stakeholders across varying levels of seniority and diverse technical backgrounds with confidence and diplomacy.

  • A pragmatic mindset that prioritizes agility and impact.

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with a strong ability to craft high-impact storytelling that aligns stakeholders and enables executive decision-making at all levels .

  • An analytical and fact-driven approach, coupled with exceptional problem solving skills

  • Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level), knowledge of Spanish and French is a plus.
