Project Manager, Global Education Purpose:

The Project Manager, Global Education Electrophysiology plays a crucial role in integrating cross-functional teams and managing projects in the development of training materials for new hires and new product introductions. This position requires strong communication and time management skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders outside of their own area of expertise.

Functional Responsibilities:

·       Develop and manage operational plans to support the strategy of education/training department.

·       Demonstrate knowledge of Agile Project Management Methodology and act as SCRUM Master.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects for training and education of internal employees and external customers.

·       Communicate effectively and influence others regarding policies, practices, and procedures related to education and training.

·       Analyze data and relevant factors to resolve moderately complex issues and make decisions guided by policies and business plans.

·       Provide technical leadership and manage a complex roadmap of product launches within overlapping and short timelines.

·       Implement new project management products, processes, and standards in EdTech to enhance project delivery and optimize project outcomes.

·       Network with key contacts outside of the organization to stay informed about industry practices and standards.

·       Manage large projects or processes with limited supervision, adapting style and using persuasion to effectively deliver messages related project deliverables, timelines, and changes.

·       Continuously strive for innovation and thought leadership.

Required Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in project management or a similar role.

·       Strong understanding and knowledge of the education or training industry, with the ability to apply advanced concepts to develop and resolve complex models and procedures.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.

·       Proven management abilities, including the ability to manage cross-functional teams and coach and review the progress of peers and lower-level professionals.

·       Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, evaluate variables, and develop solutions that align with business objectives.

·       Highly adaptable and able to work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in learning and development or organizational design.

  • Proven record of success in highly matrixed organizations.

Physical working conditions / requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Office deskwork, requiring sitting, walking, using phone and computer.

  • Willingness to travel globally as required (up to 25%).

$102,000.00 - $177,100.00
