Project Manager – Global Business Services (GBS)

The Role & What You Will Be Doing 

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Project Manager role will make an impact: 

• Lead and coordinate GBS projects and PMO activities across regions.
• Deliver standard project documentation (charters, plans, reports, etc.).
• Manage transitions and technology implementation projects.
• Track milestones, budgets, risks, and provide stakeholder updates.
• Support business cases, data analysis, and FTE assessments.
• Align project plans with GBS strategy and other global initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement project tools and methodologies.
• Supervise third-party resources on GIS projects.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

About Your Skills & Experience 

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences: 

• Bachelor’s degree + 8–10 years of relevant experience (Big 4 preferred).
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project/program management and business processes.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Able to manage confidential data, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
• Collaborative and adaptable with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Ability to handle numerical data and produce reports.
• Problem-solving skills with semi-standardized procedures.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally if needed
