French/English Project Manager at Koolboks

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Management:
You should possess project management experience, with a preference for candidates with a background in grant project management.
- Provide steadfast leadership and meticulous management across all aspects of projects, ensuring strict adherence to established timelines, budgets, and unwavering quality standards.
- Develop and meticulously maintain a comprehensive project plan, encompassing clear milestones, defined deliverables, and efficient resource allocation strategies.
- Foster seamless communication and collaboration between internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, esteemed suppliers, and relevant government agencies.
- Proactively identify and implement effective mitigation strategies to proactively address potential project risks.
- Continuously monitor project progress, conduct thorough data analysis, and prepare insightful reports for senior management.
2 . Strategic Account Management:
You will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key B2B strategic partners, ensuring their satisfaction, and implementing improvements to enhance our service and support.
- Create and implement strategies to strengthen relationships with key B2B partners, aligning with the company's goals.
- Regularly assess and report on the performance of strategic partners, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services to partners.
- Organize and lead quarterly business reviews with key partners to discuss performance and explore growth opportunities.
- Act as the main point of contact for partner-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems efficiently to maintain strong relationships.
Requirements
- Bilingualism in French and English is an absolute requirement, coupled with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. Prior experience in a startup environment is preferred.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in project management
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and exceeding quality expectations.
- In-depth understanding of established project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile) is essential.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decisive decision-making skills.
- Superior communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Prior experience working within a cross-cultural environment is highly advantageous.
