ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Project Manager Financial Systems with strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and a solid understanding of finance processes. The role sits within the Financial Systems and Process Innovation team and supports the global rollout and continuous improvement of Business Central across Fever.

This role owns defined rollout scopes (e.g. specific countries or functional areas) and is responsible for the technical and functional delivery of those scopes, working closely with finance, data, and development teams.

You will:
  • Design and deliver technical solutions in Business Central, including:
    • Integrations with external systems using Business Central APIs
    • Development and adjustment of Business Central extensions (AL)
    • Development of financial and operational reports
  • Translate finance requirements into technical designs and system solutions
  • Act as a hands-on expert on Business Central architecture, data models, and integrations
  • Lead assigned Business Central rollout scopes (e.g. specific countries or regions), coordinating local finance teams and technical stakeholders
  • Support data migration, testing, and go-live activities for assigned rollout scopes
  • Drive continuous functional improvement of the finance systems landscape through new integrations, automation, and reporting
  • Collaborate with external partners and internal developers, ensuring solution quality, documentation, and scalability
  • Ensure solutions meet control, compliance, and audit requirements
  • Document system designs, decisions, and functional changes

ABOUT YOU

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a comparable field
  • You have 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with a strong technical focus
  • You have proven experience designing and developing:
    • Integrations using Business Central APIs
    • Business Central extensions (AL language)
    • Financial and operational reports
  • You have participated in multiple Business Central implementations or rollouts, ideally across multiple countries or legal entities
  • You combine strong finance process knowledge (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, consolidation) with the ability to work deeply in technical topics
  • You are comfortable owning rollout scopes independently, from design through delivery
  • You communicate clearly with both finance users and technical teams
  • You thrive in fast-paced, international environments
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English; Spanish is a strong plus, and additional languages are an asset
