This position will be located at our Corporate Office in Appleton, WI with in-office expectations four days/week (Monday - Thursday) with Fridays as an optional in-office or work from home day, depending on business need.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Transformation Initiatives: Drive end-to-end project management of finance transformation initiatives, including process redesign, emerging technology proof of concepts, ERP upgrades, automation of financial processes, and implementation of advanced analytics tools.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, align on goals, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current finance processes and implement best practices to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
- Technology Integration: Oversee the selection, customization, and deployment of financial systems and tools (e.g., RPA, AI/ML, cloud-based platforms).
- Change Management: Support the change management strategies that surround the adoption of new systems and processes across the finance team.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor the progress through defined KPI’s and metrics, and report on project outcomes to leadership.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or PMP certification is a plus).
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in finance transformation or technology implementation.
- Basic understanding of financial processes (e.g., budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance).
- Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and digital tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, RPA platforms).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with data governance and financial data architecture.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and financial controls.
