Job description
We are looking for an experienced Information Security Project Manager Expert to oversee multiple global security projects. You will understand cybersecurity and technology projects. You will develop plans for IT/security projects. You will complete project management processes, including scope definition, scheduling, human resource and material planning and allocation, risk management planning, cost and budget management, and quality assurance. Additionally, you will be a liaison among clients, technical teams, and internal departments to expedite project processes.
This role reports to the Cybersecurity Project Portfolio Senior Manager and can be worked remotely in the US.
Important Responsibilities:

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for security-focused projects.

Coordinate with other teams, external partners, and team members to ensure understanding and smooth project execution.

Be primary contact for all security-related aspects of assigned projects.

Facilitate meetings to report progress, address issues, and maintain partner agreement.

Define project scope, deliverables, and quality standards, and manage any changes or approvals throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify, and mitigate project risks to ensure on-budget delivery.
-
Report project status, performance metrics, and documentation for leadership and compliance.

Oversee security assessments to ensure completion and approval before project launch.
Qualifications
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
-
8+ years of project management experience
-
3+ years' experience in Cyber /Information security project management
-
Knowledge of project management methodology and tools including software.

Knowledge of Cyber Security, Information Technology, Risk and compliance.

Project management and problem solving skills.
-
Proficient in MS project, Excel, Visio, Jira
-
Experience with Agile methodologies
-
Experience with information security/Technology/Infrastructure projects.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Certified Scrum Master
